Terms and Conditions

Two Nine Investigations and Training will agree prices at the outset of the instructions given. Most requests will be priced on the initial information provided. We will whenever possible keep the client updated as the instructions proceed. This is to prevent any avoidable costing or costs to the client.

Travel expenses. Vehicles will be at our set rate. Other forms of transport such as trains and planes will be at cost .

Any necessary overnight accommodation will be agreed with the client beforehand.

Points of contact will be agreed at the outset of the client’s instruction i.e. mobile telephone numbers, meeting place and meeting times.
We will act within the frame work of Health and Safety, the law and regulations.
VAT will be charged at the appropriate rate.
